Mission Statement

The mission of Seth L. Goldner, P.C., since 1991 has been to provide creditor clients with professional legal collections of the highest caliber at reasonable costs while complying with all federal and state collection laws. We work with our clients to develop mutually beneficial collection programs and tailor our services to fit our clients' unique needs; after all no two clients are exactly alike. The firm's founder is a longtime supporter and protector of creditors rights, a fact which is reflected in the favorable results achieved for our clients.
